1 Ramadhan 1434H

Salam 1 Ramadhan..

May we have a better Ramadhan this year, InsyaAllah...

Exciting part about this Ramadhan is my eldest son Adam *which still my darling baby boy hukhuk*, started to learn fasting too. Glad that the aunties started to explain about fasting at school too. BBIM also took initiative to expose children on fasting by introducing this chart. So, the kids will get opportunity to fast even for couple of hours or half day and for elementary school they encouraged for full day fasting. As starts, Adam will be fasting for half day today, took lil bit late sahur *ehem ehem* and I did informed the aunties to let him eat during lunch time. We have whatsapp group with mommies and respective aunty too, to daily confirm whether to allow kids to fast or not. Alhamdulillah. Its good to start learning from early age. Owh, yesterday was also was his first taraweeh too. Adam followed his papa for taraweeh for the first time. Hubby said, he just followed the solat Isya' and during taraweeh he just waited beside syaf. Its ok, day 1 kan dear.

My 2 years breastfeeding journey..

2nd birthday of my two kiddos always be the most important birthday to me. As that was the date remarked  my 2 years breastfeeding journey as a success. Alhamdulillah. I can't say its already come to the end yet, as Adam also took few more months to fully wean off too. So last Monday, on 1st April 2013 *again, its not about the April Fool or watsover* but it was truly my independent day. I have done my responsibility to provide Adryan with the most beautiful milk on earth from the precious first hour until now.

If you're one of my instagram friends, you must be aware that 10 days before Ryan's 2nd birthday, he has refused to drink ebm that I brought to his school. Boleh dia kata tak besh! *sedih mommy tau* hahaha But yet, it was a good sign to start him with fresh milk during school time. *currently stage to introduce him with fm* Tapi balik rumah still on mommies b**bies lagik. I'm already 2 weeks away from my beloved freestyle pump. So far, still tak miss pumping lagik, as I really need rest a little while from pumping, bottles and pumping stuffs cleaning and sterilizing. Uhuk! I've been continuously doing that job ever since delivered Adam until when carrying Ryan *just few months rest in between* I really need some free space of that job for time being!*even my hubby too I guess =D* Now, its time to pack all the balance bottles and pumping stuffs into the kitchen cabinet a little while before next production start. Ahaks!

As of now, I still don't have exact plan, when and even HOW to wean off Ryan from breastfeeding. Macam susah je, tiap malam sekarang makin kuat bergayut aje. And plus rase sayang plak, since I already not pump the milk during office hour, everyday back from office with full and sometimes engorged breast, how do you think I able to stop bf now. Ryan even enjoying his fresh milk from b**bies everytime back from school too.Sigh. So, wish me luck! I'll try to wean off soon as possible. That was my target and actually the real challenge.

I wish I could write few tips maybe on breastfeeding and handling breast milk. InsyaAllah...soon! As of now, I'm so happy to congratulate myself on the PhD of breastfeeding journey that I just achieved! Syukur Allah!

ps: free to wear any type of bra bra cadabra...bye bye nursing bra.

pss: boleh start nak usha beli maxi dress thepoplook, dulu tak de chance.

His last day of being 3!

Yeap, my boy will turning 4 tomorrow. It's a mixture feeling I had now. Happy that Adam is a grown up boy already but at the same time rase sedih sebab cepat sgt dia besar. owhhhh!!! *feeling yg mak-mak pasti rase kan =)* Tapi sebenarnye feeling happy tu yang lebih. Yeah, I've to admit that the little Adam sekrang dah besar. Kalau tidur malam-malam peluk dia pun, rase macam tak caya dia dah besar sgt. Syukur Alhamdulillah, I can see his rapid growth specially after his 3rd birthday. Dah mula bnyak cakap, and so far able to make proper sentence walaupun mix up between malay and english. And sometimes ada jugak terkeluar loghat Terengganu, so funny  of you Adam. 

Next year, Adam will start his formal pre-school. As I said, formal since his current kindy cum daycare memang manjakan dia sangat2. Sedih jugak bila teacher dia kata Adam selalu kena denda face wall sebab tak nak belajar. Diorang pun tak push sebab Adam pun jenis buat dunno aje. Teacher dia cakap Adam memang tak kisah kalau kena denda face wall tu. I know my boy. Sometimes he rather to stand and face wall daripada do coloring or writing. As mother, I felt so sad. But knowing my boy, dia memang tak suka kelas yg strictly duduk and focus, do coloring or writing etc etc. I still remember how he used to enjoyed class at Kizsport. Playing and learning. So hopefully with new concept of learning soon, Adam will be more excited to learn. Jangan balik bgtau kena face wall lagi dah, mommy cry karang. huhuhu. But I'm happy to hear positive feedback from Adam, he's now counting days *actually months hahaha* to start at his green school. I never pushed him to learn and excel at school now, baru nak masuk 4 tahun pun kan, what should I expect. As long he knows numbers, alphabets  shapes, colors, animals, fruits and few more important words, I'm more than happy for you dear. Tapi bab face wall tu memang sedih hokey!!Sgt2 ;(

I admit that Adam is a very active boy, not everyone can handle this boy easily. Super active. But at least he will follow his parents instructions, should be ok already for us. Walaupun memang nak kena reward for every good deeds, standard lah kan, budak2. Lagi besar rewards, lagi rajin lah Abang Adam ni. Pitam mommy and papa!

Haha, the funniest part, Adam now is so addicted to watch Korean cartoon. I dunno how he found this series from you tube, but the police car in blue and pink cartoon is his new addiction now. We were surprised when he started singing the theme song well. Alamak dah pandai Korean lah plak. And sometimes I can hear Japanese cartoon too. Awal2 time jumpa siri kartun ni dulu, Adam pernah request my mom and myself to watch this series sb dia tak jumpa kat you tube history, so dia describe the cartoon as, policeman with 2 eyes and 2 hands. Garu kepala lah Omma and mommy. Last-last dia sendiri jumpa, Hahha!! 

So for his 4 years birthday celebration, we planned to let him celebrate with his friends at school. Maklumlah dah last-last kn. 4 tahun menetap kat situ, mesti sedih kan Adam? Since diorang tengah sibuk nak exam semua, we decided to do it during school holidays. So its gonna be the post b'day celebration for him lah. Adam memang sgt untung, he always got chance to celebrate with his grandparents for every of his b'day. Thanks Omma and Okki. Kebetulan ada kat sini, so before diorang balik Terengganu, we had a pre b'day celebration last Thursday at Italiannies, The Empire. Happy lah b'day boy, dapat tiup lilin b'day cake and get staffs at Italiannies nyanyi b'day song, siap malu-malu gitew.

Him..enjoying his Ipad more than other things..

We just bought this new Ipad, basicly sebab Adam requested to have this every single day. Celik mata sebelum tidur, and paling kelakar, kalau sape2 ada Ipad tu mmg sgt hebat lah for him..Siap tompang jari sekali nak main jugak. Soalan cepumas Adam bagi to his parents, "mommy, mana duit raya Adam banyak2 ?" Amboi sampai situ dia pikir sb nak Ipad. Bgtau masuk bank pun bukan dia paham. So now, ingat kan beli Ipad mommy boleh tompang sekaki, sorry lah.."Ipad Adam". But good things is, senang nak suruh dia buat keje. Reward him with chance to play with Ipad. Now, I try to pujuk him belajar kat school and tak nak face wall lagik, "so at night, mommy give u play Ipad, ok??" "Yes, mommy". Will see today. Ntahlah, tak pasti teruk ke upah anak macam tu, but that's the only way to train kids at this era. Rewards them with gadget. Uhhh!! So anggap tu b'day present kamulah yer, walaupun mommy and papa punye sebenarnye ;D Save tak yah beli b'day present this year, hehehe ;)

Hey..I'm Big Already!!

It’s been a while since my last update about Adam milestones. Cite pasal activity banyak lah kan. But still part of his growing update lah jugak kan. As of 17^th March, Adam now is 3 years and 5months old. Yes, the big bro Adam growing up very fast, sometimes we felt a lil bit guilty cuz we really treat him to be a big brother, padahal baru je nak masuk 4thn. But still, he has to be independent and show a good example for his lil rascal brother. Pity Abang Adam selalu kena buli and kena mengalah ngan Ryan, walaupun kadang2 kena jugak hempuk si Ryan ni. Ryan suka sgt pergi jolok sarang tebuan, elok2 abang dia main ada je nak usik2.

Alhamdulillah, Adam sekarang dah mula rancak bercakap. Ntah, kalau menurun mommy dia rasenye dah jadik bertih jagung, bercakap non stop. Agaknya menurun papa dia kut ;) I love to hear conversation Adam and his papa. There's one time Mr Hubby drive a lil bit fast, Adam yang tengah mamai2 pagi ni tiba2 bersuara “Papa!!Jangan bawak laju..Nanti datang lori ,langgar papa car black (ni nama Adam bg untuk keta papa dia), boooshhh!!!Pecah!!Nak??” Mommy kat belakang *gaya mak datin duk belakang tapi tgh bf* dah gelak2 kecik. Apalagi laju aje Mr Hubby reply “tak nak..tak nak..”. By using the same conversation, we tried to warn him everytime he wants to do something notty. It works!!*ting ting*

Beraktiviti dengan Adam sekarang seronok. Dah besar kan, banyak benda dia dah boleh focus. He loves reading so much, so funny when he tried to read mickey mouse book gaya orang putih cakap slang, padahal bunyi German. I pasang telinga je bila dengar dia duk bebel2 sorang. Cute sgt. And of course his big interest is on laptop or my tabby tengok cartoon on you tube. But the most fave website is disneyjunior website. Tiap2 hari wajib suruh bukak. Ntahlah tak boring plak dia hari2 duk main game, and buat activity kat dalam website tu. Kadang terpegun jugak tengok, aikk camane budak ni tahu nak buat mcm tu. Paham ke dia ??Apapun, walaupun bnyk sgt dedah dengan IT mmg tak berapa elok, but sometimes yang postif nye pun banyak.  Banyak new words dia blajar.

The obvious thing about Adam that we observed is, he really focus we he did something. And tak boleh tengok benda tak perfect, and worst thing, if you teach him a routine, jangan lah try nak skip lepas tu. Memang naya lah jawabnye. That routine lah yg buat mommy n papa dia everyday lewat pergi keje. Adehs!! Kalau nak tahu, sebenarnye dalam banyak aktiviti yang Adam suka buat, paling dia tak suka adalah drawing and coloring. That’s why lah entry kat bawah tu, adalah salah satu usaha mommy dia nak didik biar ada jiwa seni sikit. Ni kalau ajak color sikit, mulalah, “mommy lah color”. Kita pulak yang kena. Risau apalah yang dia buat kat tadika dia tuh hah, I took initiative to play and learn together with him. Asyik pakai crayon n color pencil, bila bawak kluar water color, baru dia seronok sikit. Soon, kita color animals plak k Adam!!

One of the good thing when he focus about doing something, he will learn very fast. Happened when I bought him a jigsaw puzzle last month. After 4 days, he managed to settle the whole puzzle by himself. Clap clap Adam. And now, within  a few minute, dia dah boleh siap. Budak2 ingatan dia kuat. Without a guideline picture kat frame puzzle tu pun, dia boleh start. And now, lawaknye, dia boleh start daripada tengah pun, estimate gtu. So, tugas mommy & papa dialah nak asah bakat dan minat dia kat tempat yang sesuai.

Yang susah bila jenis perfectionist ni, setiap kali Ryan bukak jigsaw puzzle tu, Adam akan pasang balik without fail. Ryan pulak tak suka tgk puzzle tu tersusun cantik. Ada je datang idea nak bukak satu-satu. Aduhai..

Apapun Adam, we so proud of you. Nanti mommy beli lain pulak k. My plan sekarang nak buat home-schooling during weekend. See how it goes ;) 

ps: update about his swimming class, we decided not to continue to enroll him for swimming class. Ntah apa tak kena kat sane, langsung tak mau dia join. Nanti lah mommy jadik instructor k. Dah tengok that day how they teach the kids to swim hehehe. Hopefully Adam tak fobia tengok swimming pool lagik. Pity him ;(

Adam & his new ride!

Semalam dah upload entry Ryan's new ride, hari ni kisah Abg Adam plak. *mujur anak 2, kalau 3,4 harus kena buat jadual gilir2 buat blog post.Aduhss!!* Nanti tak adil plak bila besar2 diorang baca kan. Tapi kisah basikal baru Adam ni dah lama, biasalah mommy asyik tangguh, plus alkisah gmbr yg asyik kena delete, dek kerana memory card asyik lupa amik dr lappy, last week kut baru sempat amik gambar Adam berbasikal.

Mr Hubby lah yang bersungguh sangat nak suruh Adam belajar bawak basikal. Nak harapkan basikal kat rumah yg kecik tu, dia malas nak kayuh. Time raya haritu, bila hubby tgk cuzen Adam yg younger than him pun dah pandai bawak basikal, dah risau plak dia takut nanti Adam tak reti bawal basikal. Bukan ape, rumah apartment macam kami, manalah ada space nak pusing2.

Since Mr Hubby so excited nak belikan, siap survey merata, I agreed aje. We found the suitable bicycle for Adam during his 3rd birthday. So kira hadiah harijadi Adam from his papa lah. Dah dapat basikal, rajin lah kami on wekend pergi taman kat Shah Alam tu, kadang pergi Morib bila balik Banting. Dapatlah Adam berkayuh sakan sikit. Kalau tak pun, balik keje hubby bawak Adam pergi playground. Time my parents around, Okki pun kena buli ngan Adam suruh ikut dia main basikal kat taman n parking area.

So far, Adam still using the training wheels. So happy to see he is so excited everytime he got chance to ride his bicycle. *ala masa kita kecik2 dulu pun, asyik kayuh basikal je siang malam kan!!* So, its worth to buy lah, walaupun at the end, makin sempit corridor rumah kami dgn stroller and bicycle park kat situ!

ps: Tu papa's treat. Tengok nanti mommy's treat petang ni, pasti Adam drop jaw habis.hikhikhik!!! *purplicious mood activated!!*

The day Adam's caregiver passed me those pictures, I was laughed out loud. I was so excited to see Adam in kinddy's outfit. But at the same time, I almost crying. *Tiba-tiba rase sayu sgt* I just cannot admit that Adam is already grown up and will start preschooling soon, walaupun me n Mr Hubby still not decided whether to enroll at different kinddy or not!!Many things need to be considered. ;(

This photo session is actually for the kinddy student's graduations. So the teachers decided to take pictures for those below 4 years too. And kebetulan ada extra outfit, diorang pakaikan Adam and amik picture ramai2. These pictures special uploaded  for Omma & Okki and to my readers too..*Sila jgn gelak..sb until now, I keep on smiling everytime I looked at the pictures!!*

Adam's 3rd Birthday Celebration at Chilis..



Birthday celebration  is something most awaited event for kids. Unlike adult, lagi lambat masa berlalu, lagi bagus, kan kan!! =). Specially for my 3rd years old toddler, Adam started to understand the meaning of birthday celebration. If last year, we were celebrated his birthday with many of friends and relatives, this time we had planned for something very simple and yet memorable. In the beginning, I planned for a small cake and makan2 kat rumah je, I dropped the plan as I know my kid will started to memorize this important moment. Adam was so attached with lappy and to be excat he operated the lappy or my tabby himself. Instead of watching his fave's cartoons, sometimes I found he has visited my blog too, go to my blog roll, click at his 2 years birthday picture and double click at his fave Barney's cake. * Siap enlarge lagik tu*. He will shouted happily while scrolling for the whole entry. Time 2 years birthday, for sure dia tak berapa nak paham lagik. With a big crowds, dia pun malu2 kucing. As a mother, seriously I felt so terrible if I just ignore his big day. So instead of simple celebration at home, we make a family gathering at cafe as my previous entry. Still regretted as I cannot fulfill his Mickey Mouse Clubhouse 3D cake dek lambat sgt bagitau Ana.Sobsob!!

Finished his 2 weeks pre-birthday celebration, on his birthday eve, we went out for dinner at Chilis. Why Chili's??2 reasons. Firstly, I have free entry voucher for every entree purchased. Save u jgn tak tau!! Secondly because, I need a special troop to sing birthday song for the birthday boy. Yeap. I know he would enjoy this as he always jumping happily when the crews sang the birthday song everytime we visited the restaurants, either Chilis, Italianies or yang seangkatan dengannya. Since Chilis Empire was closed for renovation, lucky The Chitta Mall just nearby our house. Tell u, the area was even bigger and much  comfortable. *Thumbs up*. Planning for a suprise birthday song was even easier, panggil je crew, bisik2 sikit, dah..senang keje. Bukan dia sedar pun. Duk ralit main fork spoon atas meja.

As per exepcted, Adam was so happy with the suprise. Along the way home, he still singing birthday song to himself. Funny tau! Bukan kata malam tu aje, sampai skarng duk nyanyi lagik. Amboi kut sebulan ye Adam celebrate birthday. Though it was a simple celebration, yang pasti mommy and papa tahu, Adam happy sangat celebrate his 3rd years birthday. Pretty sure, after ni dia akan scroll for his new birthday entry too..Thats was so Abang Adam Mikael..

ADAM MIKAEL IS 3!!!

HAPPY 3 YEARS OLD ADAM MIKAEL!!!

Alhamdulillah, Adam Mikael turns 3 today. Time flies so fast, tup tup dah masuk 3 tahun. Macam baru je celebrate his 2 years birthday dulu. Kalau last year, kami celebrate 2 weeks lambat, this time plak 2 week awal. Gara2nye nak celebrate with the whole family time my parents datang for my convocation. Sorrylah, mommy and papa tak sempat nak buat big birthday bash for you this year. But for sure, he was the happiest person that night! We went to Miam Cafe Bukit Jelutong, the cosy place and that was our 2nd visit. Food mmg terbaek. Later I will review at my next entry k! Since Adam was so addicted with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse lately, we decided to have Mickey Mouse red and black theme.
