Mama At Work : "Featured Mama" for Month of Nov 2013..

Salam all. Am so sorry for the long silence. My lil' bambam not so well, having fever for almost 5 days and the viral spread to his mommy now. Sob! *cough cough*

Anyway, I have lot of things to share. *seriously bnyk sgt* Let me start with this first. Have u ever heard about Mama At Work? Let me share something about this!

Mama At Work is a social enterprise established in 2012 by mothers for mothers. Their main mission is to provide resources and support for working mothers via an online portal, providing honest and independent, user submitted reviews of daycares, hospital and medical facilities, confinement resources, lactation consultants, babies & children stores, and many more. Mama At Work also envisions to be the voice of working mothers in Malaysia to make a change in the workplace, enabling women to become more responsible caregivers for their family, while continuing to contribute to the economy.

Mama At Work was established by the two former colleagues turned stay-at-home-moms. They chose to  embark on a different path and are now the full time primary caretakers of their lovely children. They are Anna Karina (left) and Nadiah Muhamad Noor (right) *yeap we have almost similar name*

From facebook page, Mama At Work start be more serious on this lane with the establishment of their official website http://www.mamaatwork.my/. Honestly, the website is so lovely with lots of useful info for all mothers out there. From breastfeeding info, directory for child care and preschool,  to early child development article and tips, everything within your finger tips.

[TEASER]: Younger brother's wedding..

Alhamdulillah..

My younger brother, Kamel *kiddos used to called him Atoteek - its pronounce as Ayah Chek actually* and his wife Nadia *yup same name with kakak ipar yg gojjes itewww awwww =)* , they finally got married on last Saturday at bride's family home in Kota Kemuning. Syukur, everything went smoothly. A simple engagement event, a day before within close families and solemnization day on Saturday also within close families and their friends.

Congratulations again to newly weds - Kamel & Nadia..

Semoga berkekalan hingga ke anak cucu..Ameen..

Our cookies baking mission for Eid 2013..

You'olls perasan tak iklan Planta kat tv sempena Ramadhan and raya tahun ni? Tag line "Seikhlas Kasih Ibu,  Setulus Sentuhan Planta" tu..Ada sekali tu, Adam datang kat I, sebab lepas tengok iklan tu la, requested me to bake cake and cookies for him. Alolo siannya. Memang I tak pernah baking kat rumah, sb peralatan takde, mommy takde oven nak..huhuhu. *pastu mommy tengah menabung nak beli my dream mixer kitchenaid tu, yg belang comel betul lah kahkah* But I promised him, we will do baking together at Omma house k. Selalunya bila balik raya, kalau sempat mmg I buat cookies lah at my parents house. Senang semua complete. Mmg fun kalau dapat buat cookies for raya, selalu tolong my mom buat biskut raya since kecil. I know the enjoyment to bake with my mom, so I would love to share experience with my kiddos too. *although dah dapat rase macamane haru nye bila nak siapkan cookies with small kids hihihi*

Tak sangka, a week before we all balik Terengganu, dapat invitation for Bengkel Amal Kuih Raya dengan Planta kat Mydin Mall USJ. Happy sgt. There were few more bloggers with their kids as well, were invited to make cookies to distribute for anak yatim at Rumah Anak-anak Yatim Al- Nasuha. It was a fun event indeed, sambil buat amal *walaupun tak seberapa* and paling penting dpt baking with my kids! Tercapai cita2 Adam..

We made Semperit that day..

Semua bahan dah sedia. Tinggal masukkan aje. Sonang aje keje ya!

Si kecil Ryan pun sama naik sibuk dia. Nak pakai apron jugak!

Walaupun rupa tak seberapa, tapi sedap jgak hahah..

Hopefully kanak2 kat Al Nasuha enjoyed cookies we baked..

Guess what, this year mommy and Omma berjaya bake 5 type of cookies..

4 jenis tu yg I fully in-charged hihi. Owh sangat bersemangat ya tahun ni..

*tu pun sb balik puasa lama, dapat lah everyday bake 2 type biskut*

Yup, we used Planta on most of of our cookies..

The yellow texture using planta sgt cantik. Love it!

Brought back to Shah Alam for kiddos' aunties at BBIM as well..

Had great time baking. I missed baking tho I'm not that expert..

It was a good feeling when ur kids specially enjoyed your cookies..

Ok, I know. Kena menabung lebih sket, boleh beli oven and mixer idaman cepat sket =) 

Can't wait to have more baking session with kids in future!

Kalau Adam duk termimpi2 Iron man, haa mommy dia duk rindu2 kat Tony Stark..Wink!

Seriously I  love Tony Stark character, since Iron Man 1 smp 3 mmg tak pernah miss..

Tak termasuk Avengers lagik tu..

Tak sangka dapat pujuk Mr Hubby pegi tgk movie, yes sekali angkut semua ..

Jarang berlaku tu..

Lucky slot yg kitorang amik tu tak ramai orang..

So, as usual awal2 tu Adam and Ryan duk sibuk makan, kelamkabut lah sket..

We took 2 couple seats as we knew Ryan mmg akan tidur awal..

The whole day on weekend tu dia main tak nak tidur..

Lepas dia tidur, syok lah kami layan 3 beranak...

Seriously Iron Man 3 mmg maveles abis. Kena plak yg kali ni misi Tony Stark nak selamatkan gf dia tu kan...Awww..

There were few parts I like the most.. Part TS with the kid, so sweet..and final part of cos..

 Bestnye part last2 budak tu dapat surprise dekat garage dia tu kn..sweetnye..

Part ni Adam menjerit gila..

Happy betul bial tgk semua suits robots TS tu dtg..

Peminat setia Iron Man mesti tk miss kan..

Btw, jangan lupa tgu final part, after all the ending semua..

Jarang orang tgu part last2 tu..

We all suka tgu, smp org semua dah takde, we all duk tgu nak tgk yg part akhir..

Oh Cantek Sekali ...

 I have been following @CantekSekali instagram few months back..

Owned by Rina who stayed at K.Trg..a very talented baker I would say..

Seriously, setiap kali K.Rina upload picture dekat Insta, sumpah mouth watering...

Dah lama tak balik Terengganu, last sekali balik time after Raya since my parents selalu turun KL..

So when the parliament dissolved and GE13 announced, apa lagik..

Bukan sibuk carik ticket flight ke ape..

I sibuk duk booking Kak Rina nk tempah cake..

Arrived K. Trg on Friday night, booking was made on Saturday...

Punya tamakkan...

Ni yg I order..

I ordered 3 things..

Cream puffs, salted caramel choc cake and red valvet cake (ni nasib ada extra, so dapat small size jer)...

Tell you what, my family mmg gila makan cream puff..

Bila Omma dah surrendered baking, kena cari alternative lain nak makan creampuff..

And of course, this cream puff yg buat I duk terliur setiap kali tgk insta canteksekali!

Damn!!

The small fella pun dah suka jugak..

My b'day hujung bulan 5, nak celebrate Mother's Day pun belum lagik..

So sudahnye..

Bagilah budak 3 orang ni rasmi kan..

Dah memang kaki strawberry budak2 ni, itu sb mommy order..

Tinggal blueberries si Nuh yg habiskan..

Sibuk jugak 2 orang ni color jari dia..

Duk telek semua2 orang ada ink kat jari..

Dia pun sibuk nak..

Meh, mommy color kan ek..

Adam said "Why Adam's one purple color? Okki is blue color?"

Sebab Adam pengundi hantu...waaa...

English tea at T forty two ...

Finally..

That's the real word after almost a year been drooling to have a classic evening tea at this cafe.

Bukan jauh sgt pun actually, dekat Empire je..

But seriously  the place for me not so suitable when u have a small kids around..

*padahal mak bapak nak berdating*

Awal2 dulu, pernah nmpk mcm ada big vase dekat dalam cafe tu, itu yg buat jadik runsing kena kalau si Ryan tarik kan..abis!

So last week, we're on leave..

It's not t for two, I have my mom with us too..

Dapatlah ber high tea konon2.

=)

The vase and interior that I mentioned just now...

Rasenya kalau bawak 2 budak tu pun dah ok skrang, tapi karang ajak makan manis2 sugar rush pastu, sudah...

T forty two ni satu group dengan Ben's, Plan B dsb..

So, ok lah tak payah menapak smp KL kan, Empire dah ada..

Let's see we we had for our evening tea..

We had the T42 set..

Konon order ini desserts, sandwich bagai, skali adik tu bgtau, baik amik yg set..

Sb semua yg kitorang order ada..owh ye ke??

Tea for me..

 Green tea with raspberry flavor..

Mr Hubby ni kata nak evening tea tapi order latte..

And my mom yg out of set, kena extra drink..

Lagilah Omma minum juice..

Adddoiiii =)

And this tertier desserts set buat aku teringat2 lagi smp skrng..

Shud plan  for next visit..

Tapi mmg pun...

Ok, thanks hubby for satisfy my long time craving..

*kalau preggy dah sure lama serbu dah, tapi since tak, buat dunno aje*
