I really think that I was above my weight limit right now. Why??
1. When I’m easily get exhausted doing the housework or even my 5 minutes walk from car park to my office.
2. When everyone I met, the 1st question will be “Nadia, pregnant ke??”..Aiyark!! So scary okey!
3. Bila dah tengah buat keje, tp otak tgh piker nak makan ape for breakfast, lunch and dinner?? This is the most dangerous.
4. When my colleague jadik pengkritik bebas memberi komen tentang pengembangan diri ku yg mendadak naik akhir-akhir ini..
5. When I really think that the weight scale need to be calibrate because it’s showing a wrong number!!
6. When I really think that I’m above the limit! Again!!
7. Ni paling confirm, bila baju yg beli after giving birth to Adam pun dah rase sendat2 aje ..huhuhuhu :(
8. Last but not least, bila my hubby pun finally said “u have to cut ur meal!!”..
Seriously, I memang kuat makan lately ni..
Semua food nampak tempting and delicious and keep craving for sweets things!!..
So ape lagik..PLAESE FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO??

ur problem, same like mine. i tgh berselera makan sgt. badan dah start naik, jeans dah ketat. especially my tummy area. tapi camne nak cut meal? i BF. jom kite jadi diet buddy, amacam?

Nadia, I love to eat too. Rasa sayang sgt rasa nak cut off my meal :P and I hate working out in gym, but I love aerobics/dancing.

yes dear, my SIL pegi true fitness for bollywood dance. Rasa nak join je masa tu tp tula, it comes with a package skali for gym and yoga as well. so i tak jadi.
ReplyDeletenowadays, I join my office's sports club. they organize aerobics every month. pastu sabtu pagi, i aerobics sorang2 dpn tv. I ikut vid from youtube yg my hubby dl kan..kdg2 faaz pun join mommy dia terkinja2. ahahaha!

ReplyDeleteAnne pun skang mmg dah cut on my food intake akibat berat badan dah naik berganda2.. nak jugak join gym.. tp mcm tak mampu nak pergi aje lepas kerja.. tuh igt nak pergi gym office.. tp since ari tuh sakit lutut.. so nnt2 la kot.. for now nak tgk the progress with my diet.. kalau tak banyak changes sgt then maybe kena rajin2 kan ke gym.. heheh

tp obviously my food intake increased lately ni..mmg nak kena cut..
besides,nak kena workout jgak!
tp betol nak g gym or class,susah sket,takut plak bayar siap2 tak boleh nak commit!
so the best exercise now, Nadia try to g swimming kerap sket..try to make alternate day!
hopefully boleh balik asal..or
nak turun 3-4 kg pun dah cukup..
tak best mengah2..low stamina!!

ramai yg ada weight prob after gave birth, hehehe...same like me. tp mcm dah tak kose nak layan. bila nak diet, rasa cam lemah gemalai lar pulak...bila makan byk, badan lak rasa berat. nak wat keje pon dah mengah...tp tu lah...susah betol nak kontrol makan! selalu dok pikir makan jer lar selagi sihat, bila dah sakit org bg makan paling sedap pon dah tak lalu.

tp once dah start keje balik,3 times daily makan..camane??
then keep gv reason bf (myself la!!),yg jadik susu 40% the rest jadik lemak!
nanti boleh lah turun swimming same2 ek!
